Once the initial appointment is made, you will be guided to a secure client portal, where you can share areas of concern and what brings you into treatment at this time. You will be asked to complete a few forms to help me better understand your needs, prior to coming into the office.


You will also receive guidance regarding information related to privacy and confidentiality, cancellations, missed sessions, payment and general practice concerns.


Appointments are usually scheduled for 45-50 minutes. We will discuss how frequently you need to be seen based on your need, either weekly or every other week. You are free to discontinue treatment at any time, but I would encourage you to please discuss any decisions with me before termination.

In the event of an emergency, I may be reached at (646) 537-2545. If you are unable to reach me, and you are in a crisis, you may call 911, or go to your local emergency room.
